Cancellation Policy
1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation by providing a 30-day written notice.
If work has already commenced, refunds will be provided as per the refund policy.
2. Refund Policy
Full Refund: If cancellation is requested within 5 days of payment and no work has started.
Partial Refund: If work has commenced, refunds will be provided after deducting costs for work already completed.
No Refund: If the service is fully delivered or if the client has approved the work.
3. Exceptions
Any fees paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Google or Social Media ad spend, hosting, or software costs) are non-refundable.
Changes in scope requested by the client after project commencement may lead to additional charges and are not covered under refunds.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10-15 business days and credited to the original payment method.
